Modes of training offered (but not limited to)

  • One on One training in your home, office or local park.
  • Small Group training (minimum of four, maximum of eight) in your home, office or local park.
  • Sport Specific: golf, basketball, hockey, football, baseball, running, triathlon, volleyball, tennis.
