Workplace Wellness

Research shows, more and more people are spending nearly ten hours a day at their desk.  This include meetings, conference calls, screen time in front of the computer and eating lunch.  Research also shows the importance of movement throughout the day.  The more physically active we are, the healthier, and more productive we tend to be.

"Ann is the ultimate professional. In addition to being knowledgeable in her field, she is able to transfer that knowledge to the individual needs of her clients. During personal training sessions, she works differently with each of us at our varying levels of physical fitness. "
