Equinox Sports Club Boston- *must be a member of ESC
Tuesday 12:15-1:15pm Yoga Foundations- For first timers or those looking to fine tune their skills, this class will provide alignment cuing, strength building and an emphasis on flexibility.
Thursday 8:00-9:00am Yoga and Meditation- By incorporating breathwork, gentle movement, passive yet supported poses and meditation, this class is a great opportunity to fully connect with yourself.

Monday Gentle 9:30-10:45am- The slower pace of YogaWorks Gentle classes allows time to modify each posture to best suit your body. These extremely accessible classes are an ideal choice for anyone looking to develop a practice of conscious, mindful movement with some support—from seniors to pregnant women to world-class athletes. We all need to take it easy sometimes, so be bold and go gentle. Your body will thank you.
