A Custom Approach to Wellness : One-on-One, Near or Far!

With the direction our world is moving, time is a precious commodity.  Rather than finding time to work on our health and wellness, it is important to make the time.  That is why I offer one on one virtual training; flexibility with your time.  This style of training/consultation also creates flexibility on pricing and holds more accountability on the client.

Whether we are in the same city or half way around the world, with today's technology we meet over the phone, via Skype, or if you prefer (and local to Boston) at a central meeting spot.

How We'll work together

  • FREE 20 minute consultation
  • Trainer/Client Contract- this holds us both accountable
  • Health History/Goal Setting/Programming Outline
  • Check-ins, Phone Calls (30 minutes), Emails, Motivation Clips

Package Pricing

Jump Start-  First complete session includes review of health history, goals for fitness, nutrition and regeneration and desired future plan.  Second and third session are follow-up sessions to first, mini meditation, review of suggested homework. All three sessions included  Price- $125

10 Session Package- First complete session includes review of health history, goals for fitness, nutrition and regeneration and desired future plan.  Follow up sessions include review of six week fitness program, 1-2 phone calls per week, weekly email check-in, weekly motivational clip.  Price- $475

5 Session Package- First complete session includes review of health history, goals for fitness, nutrition and regeneration and desired future plan.  Follow up sessions include four week fitness program, 1 phone call per week, weekly email check-in, weekly motivational clip.  Price- $275

Single Session- Phone check-in to review current status, month motivational clip.  Price- $65
