Meet Ann
I’m on your team
Hi, I’m Ann and I’m glad you’re here!
I coach people to live their best lives. This comes with over two decades of education and experience and I have figured out what works, and what doesn’t.
Personal Training and Mental Health Coaching
From an early age, I began exploring the world of health and wellness through sports, education and life experience.
As a personal trainer and yoga instructor, I love helping people explore, learn and understand what the human body and mind is capable of doing. Personal training and yoga offer many essential benefits on their own – they are also a wonderful compliment to each other.
My training career began while still in college. I had a great opportunity to work with student athletes in a strength and conditioning setting. From there it blossomed into the general public, with a specific interest in those looking for quality and longevity in their life.
I pride myself in making sure I am well-educated in this industry.

If you're working with an injury, and have just settled into a pattern of "dealing with it" this might be the right time to re-evaluate.
Even if you've tried physical therapy, yoga, massage, chiropractic or other modalities and haven't experience the type of relief you want.
It’s never too late to feel better.
Training, Yoga & Movement Specialties
Personal Training, Yoga & Movement For Seniors
I am deeply passionate about offering specialized training and yoga for seniors. As your body changes, maintaining and enhancing your strength and range of motion is crucial. My approach is gentle, compassionate, and fun. Every day is a new chance to enjoy your life more fully.
In doing so, this will allow you continue to participate in the activities you wish to keep doing such as going out for a hike, hitting long drives on the golf course or enjoying time with your grandchildren.
Aging well entails many aspects of life including but limited to: movement, nutrition & hydration, optimizing social and physical environments, rest & recovery, managing the psychology of aging and preparing for the future.
Personal Training, Yoga & Movement For Special Considerations
Healthy at Every Size
Cancer Recovery
Prenatal & Postnatal
Folks wanting to improve their lives as a whole.
The Yoga Of Recovery
I have done extensive study with Nikki Myers and her Yoga of 12 Step Recovery (Y12SR). As someone that participates in the al-anon program, I have an understanding of addiction from the perspective of a family member or friend of a loved one and feel that is important when leading a class or working with a client that is specific to this subject.
Mental Health First Aid
As someone that works in the wellness industry, I know it is important to identify, understand and respond when someone is experiencing struggle with addiction and mental illness.
Cancer Recovery
Over the career of time as a personal trainer, yoga instructor and wellness coach, I have worked with clients that come in all sizes, abilities and health concerns. More specifically, I have experience in working with cancer patients who are currently being treated and those who are rebuilding their immune system post treatment.
Collaboration with Your Healthcare Team
I like to collaborate with your medical team and nutritionist to ensure all protocols are followed so we can create the most effective training plan possible for your exact needs. It’s a team support structure!
