1-1 Training
Each client receives an individualized program based on your experience and goals. In person or online, clients will see improved muscle and cardio strength, mobility & flexibility and guidance in other aspects of life such as nutrition, hydration and sleep.
Virtual Classes
From the comfort of your own space, join weekly movement & yoga classes for all abilities. Whether you are brand new to movement/yoga or have been practicing for years, these gentle classes offer a balance of breathwork, movement, balance and clarity.
Coaching
Finding ways to move and feel better can be a challenge at any age. Coaching helps you navigate through transitions from work to retirement; retirement to old age; old age to end-of-life. Our work includes empowered aging resources, home modifications, extended independence and more.

There are three ways to work with me one-on-one: online, in your home, in a private studio. All in person sessions are physically distanced and will comply with city and state regulations regarding COVID protocols.

1-1 Virtual Training
In today’s global world, we have started to change the way of personal training. If you would like to have a virtual personal training session that includes mobility, movement, flexibility and/or cardiovascular components, together, we can make that happen. Little to no equipment is needed for a full body workout. Using Zoom, Skype, FaceTime or your preferred method of connection, we will connect so you can begin the journey to reaching your goals.
30 minute session- $55/session, $495/10 pack
60 minute session- $100/session, $900/10 pack
In Person 1-1 Training
A Custom Approach To Wellness : One-On-One, In Person (Physically Distanced)
1-1 Personal Training
Many of us have changed the way we think about how and where we exercise. Using caution through proper socially distanced guidelines along with at minimum me wearing a mask, we can meet in person in your home, office, public park or other mutually agreed location.
30 minute session- $65/session, $550/10 pack
60 minute session- $125/session, $1000/10 pack
**Price increase adjustments may be needed to account for travel time or studio rental.

Health History/Goal Setting/Programming Outline

Jump Start- First complete session includes review of health history, goals for fitness, nutrition and regeneration and desired future plan. Second and third session are follow-up sessions to first, mini meditation, review of suggested homework. All three sessions included Price- $125
10 Session Package- First complete session includes review of health history, goals for fitness, nutrition and regeneration and desired future plan. Follow up sessions include review of six week fitness program, 1-2 phone calls per week, weekly email check-in, weekly motivational clip. Price- $475
5 Session Package- First complete session includes review of health history, goals for fitness, nutrition and regeneration and desired future plan. Follow up sessions include four week fitness program, 1 phone call per week, weekly email check-in, weekly motivational clip. Price- $275
Single Session- Phone check-in to review current status, month motivational clip. Price- $65
