When taking a whole-being approach to wellness, mental health coaching plays a vital role in our success.

Many of us were raised to believe that we are thinking bodies that sometimes have emotions. In reality, we are emotional bodies that sometimes think. With this thought process, I strongly believe in the interconnectedness between the mind and body.

Examples include:

  • Habit Coaching- stacking and nudges

  • Lifestyle Shifts- sleep hygiene, mobility routines and movement patterns, nutritional decisions, etc.

  • Mindfulness Techniques- breathwork, meditation

 

Get support navigating the terrain.

When creating a new habit, Ann taught me the idea of “daily-ish.” This helps me stay on track without feeling shame or guilt if I missed a day.
