Many of us were raised to believe that we are thinking bodies that sometimes have emotions. In reality, we are emotional bodies that sometimes think. With this thought process, I strongly believe in the interconnectedness between the mind and body.

Lifestyle Shifts- sleep hygiene, mobility routines and movement patterns, nutritional decisions, etc.
Mindfulness Techniques- breathwork, meditation
